Surf Life Saving is committed to protecting children and young people (CYP) from harm and promotes the safety, well being and inclusion of all CYP. We require all applicants who are to volunteer or work with CYP to undergo a screening process prior to appointment, a process that may include, but is not limited to, reference checks, an identity check, a ‘working with children’ and/or a ‘national criminal history record’ check.
