SLSNT Lifeguards are a highly trained team. We developed the Lifeguard Training Program to ensure we get the right people in our team. The Lifeguard Training Program includes the Trainee and Bronze stages of the SLSNT Pathway and takes between 3-6 weeks to complete.

Most importantly, once all training has been completed, Trainees are fully qualified to work as a Lifeguard with SLSNT across most of our locations. Further training is available for those interested in expanding their knowledge.
