The following checklist has been developed to assist Clubs in determining which of their workers are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to continue in that role. Workers that are required to be vaccinated, must have their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 12 November 2021 to continue working in the same role. Those workers must be fully vaccinated by 24 December 2021.
Medical exemptions must be accepted if a worker determined as requiring vaccination, has evidence of a contraindication to all approved COVID-19 vaccines.
If any role will not be filled until 2022, then the Club will need to make sure that the worker is fully vaccinated before starting in the role.
