2022 Sea Swift NT Surf Life Saving Championships 

Hosted by Darwin SLSC at Casuarina Beach from the 2-4 September 2022.

Darwin SLSC won Overall Club Champion for 2022 and Rosie McManus was awarded the TJ Tilley Award. 

2021 Sea Swift NT Surf Life Saving Championships 

Hosted by Darwin SLSC at Casuarina Beach from the 27-29 August 2021. 

Darwin SLSC won Overall Club Champion for 2021 and Finn Goat was awarded the TJ Tilley Award. 

2020 Sea Swift NT Surf Life Saving Championships 

Due to Covid-19 the 2020 Championships at Mindil Beach were cancelled.  

2019 Sea Swift NT Surf Life Saving Championships 

Hosted by Broome SLSC at Cable Beach, WA from Friday 6, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September 2019. 

Broome SLSC took out beach, ocean and overall champions on 771 points.
TJ TIlley was awarded to Genevieve McLeod of Broome SLSC.

2018 Sea Swift NT Surf Life Saving Championships 

Hosted by Darwin SLSC at Casuarina Beach from Friday 7, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 September 2018. 

Mindil Beach SLSC won the Ocean Champion trophy following their outstanding performance in all of the ocean events. Whilst, Darwin SLSC won the Beach Champion trophy and narrowly took out the Boat Champion trophy. Darwin SLSC were crowned the overall club champion for 2018. 

2017 Sea Swift NT Surf Life Saving Championships

Hosted by Gove Peninsula SLSC at Town Beach on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September 2017. 
Gove Peninsula SLSC took out the overall club champion trophy. 

2016 NT Surf Life Saving Championships

Hosted by Mindil Beach SLSC, in September 2016. It was great to see a team of 45 members from Gove Peninsula SLSC that made their way to the Champs.

Darwin SLSC were too strong taking out the overall club champion, junior and senior club champion for 2016.

2015 NT Surf Life Saving Championships

The NT Surf Life Saving State Championships were hosted by Broome SLSC on the 26th & 27th September 2015 and were the highlight of our sporting calendar. Competition took place on Cable Beach and kicked off with the junior events on Saturday and finished with the senior events on Sunday. The championships saw 115 members from 5 clubs compete in 168 events over the two days.

Broome SLSC proved too hard to beat at home, winning the NT Club Championship with 1063 points. Darwin SLSC finished 2nd with 432 points, Mindil Beach 237 points, Noosa Heads 131 points and Gove Peninsula with 126 points.
