Participants in our First Aid and CPR courses gain knowledge and practical experience in a range of scenarios including casualty assessment, one and two person CPR, choking, situation management and emergency services communication as well as management and treatment for a range of injuries and illnesses. At the completion of the course, participants will leave the course confident in their abilities and be able to act quickly and confidently in an emergency situation.

As per the First Aid in the Workplace Code of Practice and the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, Surf Life Saving NT recommends first aid skills are renewed every 3 years and resuscitation skills (HLTAID001) are renewed every 12 months.
Public Courses are run in our dedicated training room in Coconut Grove.
Custom courses can be tailored to suit your schedule and staffing requirements. We are able to conduct training on site, at your workplace – all we need is access to a training room - or training can be held in our dedicated training room in Coconut Grove.
