Our Partners and Supporters

About our partners

Keeping NT beaches safe takes more than dedicated volunteers - it takes the support of organisations that believe in what we do. We're proud to partner with some of Australia's most recognised brands, as well as local NT businesses and supporters who back our mission close to home. Together, we're able to train more lifesavers, respond faster, and reach more people across the Top End.

Major National Partners

DHL has been supporting surf lifesavers across Australia since 2003 and we're proud to count them among our Major National Partners. As a global leader in logistics and transportation, DHL shares our values of speed, commitment, and getting the job done - qualities that matter just as much on a beach as they do in business.

Qantas logo with red kangaroo tail and black “QANTAS” text, tagline “Spirit of Australia”

Qantas is partnering with Surf Life Saving Australia to promote water safety and work toward zero preventable deaths in Australian waters. A key part of the partnership is Beach Passport - a free online training tool that gives every Australian and visitor the basic water safety knowledge they need before they hit the beach. It's a simple idea with the potential to save lives.

Red Westpac logo on a white background

Westpac has stood beside Surf Life Saving Australia for more than four decades - one of the longest corporate community partnerships in the country. Their support powers the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service, which operates across six states and territories, including a rescue boat right here in the NT. With 15 helicopters, one rescue boat, and over 300 rescue professionals and volunteers across 13 bases, the Service has completed more than 100,000 missions - and no one has ever had to pay to be rescued.

Ampol logo with a red-and-blue stylized “A” above the red wordmark.

Ampol and Surf Life Saving Australia have come together to help keep beaches safer for all Australians. It's a partnership built on shared values - community, contribution, and showing up when it counts. Many Ampol employees are surf lifesaving volunteers themselves, and the company actively uses its retail network to spread water safety messages across the country.

NT Supporters

Many local organisations go above and beyond to support SLSNT by donating products or offering heavily discounted goods and services - helping us keep our costs down so more resources can go toward keeping our beaches safe. We'd encourage you to support the businesses that support us.
